E-Waste Policy

Our E-Waste Management Policy

Committed to a cleaner and more sustainable digital future

As a responsible organization, we recognize the importance of managing electronic waste (e-waste) effectively and in compliance with the applicable environmental regulations. Our aim is to ensure that discarded electronic devices are recycled, reused, or disposed of in an environmentally friendly manner.

1. Definition of E-Waste

E-waste refers to discarded electronic appliances such as mobile phones, computers, laptops, batteries, and other digital devices that are no longer functional or are obsolete.

2. E-Waste Disposal Guidelines

  • Do not dispose of e-waste with regular household waste.
  • Always return your old electronics to authorized e-waste collection centers or recyclers.
  • Ensure personal data is wiped before disposal of devices.

3. Our Collection & Recycling Process

We partner with certified e-waste recyclers to handle the collection, transportation, and processing of e-waste generated through our sales and service operations. Users can also return used or obsolete electronics by contacting our support team.

4. Compliance & Responsibility

We comply with the E-Waste (Management) Rules, 2016 as laid out by the Ministry of Environment, Forest and Climate Change (MoEF&CC), Government of India. We actively promote awareness and educate our users about safe e-waste practices.

5. Consumer Responsibility

As a consumer, you are encouraged to:

  • Hand over your end-of-life electronics to designated collection points.
  • Avoid disposing of devices in open or landfill areas.
  • Support environmentally sound recycling and reuse of electronics.
